I will visit your home and get the lay of the land. It will help me determine what makes your home stand out and how to best showcase your property. I will also carefully analyze your neighborhood and examine past home sales in your area to identify your optimal selling price.

Marketing Strategy:

This is where we announce to the world that your home is on the market. At this point, I know what makes your home unique, and I will use those selling points to reach out to the right group of interested buyers with a comprehensive mix of digital and print media. I know what works, and I’ll pull out all the stops to show off your home: expect social media postings, virtual tours, aerial drone photography and videography, and more!

The Sale:

As offers come in, I’ll navigate with you all that comes next – from negotiations to closing. Congratulations on your new adventure!
